Reserve your Half Lamb for 2023.

Lambs are raised regeneratively on pasture!

Come join us in regenerating the land and eating nutrient dense absolutely delectable lamb! This is the choice to make if you value building soil and eating delicious along the way!

HALF of a lamb package will yield approximately 17 pounds of meat.

Standard half lamb

• 1 Rack of Lamb
• 4 Lamb loin chops (2 pkgs of 2 chops)
• 2 Leg shanks
• 1 Leg Roasts (Bone-in)
• 1 Shoulder Roast (Bone-in)
• 1-2 lbs of ground/stew

** Cuts may be replaced with equivalent if not available

Organs & Bones by request

Final Payment of remaining balance is due by May 15th 2023- We will send out a reminder invoice on May 1st 2023
