This was a very hard decision for us.
We have been raising pastured chickens for 9 years and we know many of you will feel disappointed by this news.
Raising pastured chickens these past years has truly been a labor of love for our family.
And we’ve decided to take the year off this year as we focus on scaling our eggs, lamb and compost operations. The amount of time the chickens would have taken will give us the opportunity to make sure we are continuing to grow in a healthy way.
We thank you for your understanding and support of our farm.
If you have any questions, please reach out at any time.
with care your farmers,
Sarah & Nick

You are welcome! Thank you for your order.
We are so incredibly sad that you won’t be raising meat chickens this year. The ones in our freezer will be cherished!!! Good luck with your growth plan and we will be praying you can resume the birds in 2023!
Thank you Lorrie & Neal – we very much appreciate your support.
